Description by XUnknownHitmanX: After we had to restart the race half way through cause of connection issues, I started 1st and led up to lap 17 when I noticed Rabidus had been catching me. Given his pace, at the start of lap 17 I went a little wide to give him the inside if he wanted it and upon coming out of the corner he tagged my rear end spinning me out and placing me 7th. I believe it was deliberate to just get me out of the way. I know it was avoidable.

Stewards Decision:

DRR Rabidus - Race DQ.

The stewards unanimously agreed that Rab caused the incident and disagreed with the defence given. We felt he could have avoided the incident yet instead he negligently [at the very least] took Hitman out and didn't attempt to reconcile. A DQ was applied.


One C is better.

Description by DJProfessorK72: AOR SHIFT was suspected of violating track limits in qualifying, specifically exiting Turn One. Had been warned prior to qualifying. Continued to violate track limits during the race.

Assassin55x was as a result of post-race review. Repeated cutting exiting the bus stop.

There are 14 clips of evidence of the pair cutting on the XboxClips link provided.

The stewards unanimously agreed that there was egregious track extending displayed by both drivers, and drew upon precedent from Carrera Cup SI-259.

Description by Windcharger8199: I was racing with Hustlin and another driver behind me, Going into the final turn I was 127 feet in front of Hustlin, I was so concentrated on making the final corner as my strategy would of let me run the whole race with no pit stops by conserving. I was in 3rd at the time and on course for a Top 5 finish when after I had already made my commitment to the turn Hustlin rammed into me, this ultimately resulted in me losing 5 positions, 4 on Track and 1 in the pits as my strategy had been ruined.

Hustlin apologized and said his brakes were not working properly, but still the damage was done.

This is the 2nd time I personally have been punted like this in a heavy braking zone within the last month.

Please give your response to this incident:

Stewards Decision: I Hustlin I: -5 Position Penalty.

The stewards agreed that Hustlin caused the incident with major contact which could have easily been avoided.


One C is better.
