Aj i think theres should be another point comming out of arnage because comming out of the mulsane is nearly half a lap. but this is just me if we decide not to have one there im cool with that as well

40 minutes would be more than .4. it'd be like .667

the , and . have the same purpose here, or least i imagaine so, as ive seen lap times using a , to seperate the seconds and fractions-of-a-second than ones used with a .

The french use a ',' instead of a '.' to denote 'point'.

I've seen it everywhere apart from the UK, ive seen it in Spain, Italy, France, Czech Republic...
