On the main site, the main page for the event, the design for the series has all of our names on it. I don't know about an official list...

Well, on the website, there is a page called (race to the ROC), so i'm guessing that everyone who gets a race win in 2010 + those already on the list get an invite?

The ROC 2009 is for the top 14 drivers in the 2009 hall of fame. The race to ROC 2010 is the 2010 hall of fame and the top x amount of drivers will be invited to the 2010 ROC.

the problem with the Hall of Fame is that it doesnt show the truth of the years racing as you may have a lot of points in it but it doesnt fit in with the amount of races you have took part in. Tubbi is a perfect example of this only racing in the TCC and a few other events and he is up there and you have some people who have shown up to alot of events and are up there not showing a full representation of peoples ability

the Hall of fame was built up last year from finishing positions during 2009.
As far as i can remember a win was 9 points a second was 6and a third was 3. for multiple events like the touring cars this was changedto 3 -2-1
Next year will have slightly different requirments including attendance and finishing races requardless of position and points for pole positions.
