i've tried it, I cant do it, i end up spinning out or just drifting the car all over the place...and if i'm racing, i dont have the focus to keep track of the other cars and the throttle at the same time.
and you're right. let's make it a challenge. you and everyone else that is actually decent and always wins races should use stock VW rabbits, while everyone else uses V8 supercars with no TCS.
so let's review.
you turn off TCS, everybody that still wins the races will win anyway, only more convincingly this time...clearly you have no concept of your own skill set in relation to other drivers.
I agree with you somewhat, but as of now most of the usual A-Lobby suspects use TCS
Not really people are becoming a lot less dependant on TCS now on Forza 2 yes i used it as if my life depended on it now i love racing without it gives you a proper feel for the car lets you know that your in control not some computer system.

Re: Championship Discussion
Well race one with no TCS all the drivers that are used to running without TCS moan because they crashed into the car in front spinning out in front of them as they aint used to driving without TCS under pressure. then everyone will moan and rant telling everyone who cant drive without TCS to learn.
Sorry some people on here have a life, have a family, have a job, and have hardly any time to practice the tracks let alone without TCS.
TORA will never do a series without TCS with a high PI no matter how many times it gets bought up

I wasn't saying that everyone has to learn without it and why not why not run a low powered series with no TCS
also do you remember the GPC? No TCS was allowed in that series and that was a great series.

So lets review. A stupid idea, the fact that you're thought as one of TORA's top drivers and the premeir in online racing constantly has arguements over this issue.
can you try this sentence again?
You know i actually cant and i dont really want to, can you try a v8 supercar without TCS with the diff turned down nope i didnt think so. Or maybe i could take the time and add a commer, to show how i was saying how your obviously fantastic VW Rabbit idea was in fact was just plain awful

VW rabbit idea was pretty good.
maybe it'd take you down a peg or two.
or you know, you'll still continue to talk [Censored] to those people that arent as good as you are in the game.

Well I did do one race in that, and got lapped 3 times (i think or even more), so I dont think I will do that again, it was a rubbish race for me

Nope it wasnt actually and yeah i've been mouthing off i know i have but i've never said that i've been quick or a good driver and i have tried to drive a v8 S without TCS and they are such a handful no doubt about it i just think for TORA to progress and develop as a series it would be a good idea to run a no assist or lower assist series look at the Mini's around Maple Syrup they lift off oversteered more than my LMP2 car without TCS im sorry if ive come over as a complete [Censored] but i would like to see a RWD series with lower assists, i have my opinions and you have yours end of. Oh and before you accuse me of brown nosing other members why dont you learn some respect yourself before accusing others.

Re: Championship Discussion
right, I personaly would like to see TCS dissalowed for the V8's, because, as I have said many times before, the stock setting on the V8 is at 100% of the diff, lowering this makes it much easier to drive.
Also, people need to stop telling themselves that they cant drive without it, the whole point of doing leagues like this is to improve your skills and become skilled enough to not use it, all it takes is some control and patience. The real problem I have with TCS is talented drivers using it to gain an adavantage on drivers who are also very talented, but dont make use of it because they don't want to, and when it comes to having to do things you dont want to do in oreder to be competitive, you have less fun.
Plus, TCS in a V8? Sweet baby Jesus, Brocky is spinning in his grave!

exactly. strong willed individuals who have opinions. sorry if i make smart ass remarks, it's just my normal defense mechanism when having a discussion with people on online forums.
i respect you as a racer, but sometimes it feels like you dont take into account other peoples deficiencies when it comes to the game.
it is VERY hard for me to drive without the TCS on powerful RWD cars, i dont have the focus to do it. period.
that being said, if we want to run the V8 championship w/o TCS because they do it like that in the real world, that'd be cool.

Ok cool i understand that i'll have you know back in the day i really struggled to keep with with the TORA elite in terms of drivers that be so i should have realised what i was saying in that way knowing how difficult it is to run without TCS so i am sorry

so yeah, you understand it's frustrating. and yeah, looking at the join dates, you've been here alot longer than i have
and i've only been playing the forza franchise for a year.
i got my 360 for christmas 08. bought forza 2 in feb of last year...
so i dont really have all that long of a time playing it, so there is still ALOT of room for improvement for me as a driver as i see it.
