Slider S15 to drive in JTRC Japan
TRC World Champion Slider S15 will Return to the stages this Friday as he competes in the inargural Junior TORA Rally Championship Event in Japan.
The Event takes place on Slider's traditional Hunting ground of The legendary Mount Fujimi Kaido in front wheel drive machines with a Maximum Capacity of 1600cc.
Slider will be driving a SEAT Ibiza Cupra Prepared by SBR and sponsored by Rockstar Energy Drink who helped him to his first ever TORA title. Joining Rockstar will be another personal sponsor Falken Tires who also sponsored Slider's TRC Bid. Finally Slider will be Joined by new sponsor Wed Sport Wheels, SBR and Slider's own SBR Driftworks division has used their wheels on their top competition cars for a long time and this loyalty has finally been rewarded by the company in the form of this deal.

Slider, Real name Michael Claments, Will once again be joined by Long Time girlfriend and World Championship winning Co-driver Emma Clements in her Return to TORA competition. Emma had this to say,
"It will be great to be side by side with Mikey, me and him against the world once again, especially with our World Championship title behind us! Kaido is somewhere that we know really well and we should be strong here if all goes to plan."

So far the event is a one off, however hope is that it blossoms into at least a mini Championship.
"These cars are so much fun to drive and it would be a shame to let them go to waste. If we get a decent turn out for this then maybe we'll get a second event, it would be criminal not to run an event in these things around Positano!"
