Slider S15 is preparing for TFD Round 2 this Thursday at 10pm at Road Atlanta Short, The home of American Drifting. Slider will once again pilot the SBR Falken Rockstar Saturn Sky V8 which carried him to SBR 800K II Victory and 2nd place at TFD Round 1.



Slider will be looking to bounce back after a dissapointing Return to TORA Racing at TASCAR Round 4. Slider Qualified 3rd at the Highspeed Ring and quickly jumped to 2nd pushing hard into the distance with DMR Switch, The pair pulled away into a huge lead until a safety car on lap 27 closed th pack right up. Upon the restart it all went wrong with a hit putting Slider to the back of the pack, Slider recovered and started catching up, until he was collected by the spinning GarryP. Race over.....



The resulting 100mph+ crash claimed the life of Slider's beloved #219 Stock Car, The chassis twisted and snapped irrepairably and the Lyndale Race Engine was also destroyed, with pulleys and shattered and a lump smashed out of the block reducing the Engine to a V7. The car now sits in the SBR Compound awaiting its final strip down of any useful parts before it is scrapped.



Slider will be looking to Surge back onto the Podium again at TFD Round 2 and to make sure of this the SBR Saturn Sky V8 has undergone heavy changes. With SBR Driftworks providing whole new suspension, springs, Rear Differential and a New Rear wing to try and improve Slider's Chances.
