Re: TCC Meeting 4 - Motegi East - Discussion Thread
Apart from one thing I won't mention, I really enjoyed last nights meeting and it's good to be back racing with everybody.
I bet Scot will be kicking himself when he finds out that I won a race in the Civic Si when he comes back from holiday! "WHAT HAVE I DONE?" lol
I have to say a big mention as well to AAR Gashi and VVV Slim who I had some great battles with in all three of the races. The pressure of trying to keep you both behind me was tense but I somehow held up nicely and kept a cool head........just!

cheers for last night lads..
first time out, well off the pace and my car set-up was poor.. so back to the drawing board for the next rounds.
But I'll be back and hopefully a little bit more competitive.

Re: TCC Meeting 4 - Motegi East - Discussion Thread
Well. Very eventful night for me.
Taken out by Dan while leading race 1 on lap 1, resulting in a DNF.
Race 2 - Started last and worked my way up through the order all the way to 1st on the last lap and then an ambitious overtake from Aero resulted in us touching mid corner, but I still had the lead and while accelerating out of the corner, the mother of all racing incidents happened. Slim switched back very nicely under Me and Aero, and Aero had nowhere to go, and as he touched my rear end I spun in front of them both and I got pushed sideways through the whole tunnel!!! You need to watch it to believe it. This resulted in me finishing last again. But great racing in race 2 none the less.
Race 3 - Worked my way up to 5th early on and then when I overtook Aero for 4th, He clipped my rear and spun me again. I worked my way back up to 5th place.
So overall, a very incident packed night for me.

Yeah, I'm not sure what happened at the end of race 2. But it was 3 wide...I had the inside line and gave as much room as i could. Next thing i see is Chillz car completely side ways which ended up squashing me against the wall. I didn't seem to have much luck last night but i did have spells of great racing. I remember being side by side with gashi for about 4 corners. And I also had some good close racing with Dan at the end of race 3. A crazy but fun night.

I must apologise for taking you off Chillz in race 1. I didn't do it intentionally.
I was trying to make the switch back across the other side of the track, but I didn't realize how close I was to your car. So I apologise again for that.

One thing I need to say as well chillz is to chill. Things don't always go your way. I've had to learn that as well since I've been racing with these guys and I accept the result of every race that I compete in.
And I don't think crashing into the back of me whilst sorting the grid for race 2 doesn't set a good example for yourself either and isn't accepted here at all. I was really pi.... off about that!

What was the final decision about the points for this week?
Re: TCC Meeting 4 - Motegi East - Discussion Thread
Dan will be dropped to half points due to running his car above the PI limit. Updating the results now.
