INCIDENT INQUIRIES AND PROTESTS

While a majority of the competitors here are reputable and have great racing etiquette, sometimes things go a little awry and there are incidents on the track that may need to be presented to the Race Officials for further inquiry and a possible post-race penalty to be issued.

If you believe you have an incident that warrants such an inquiry because of actions on the track that severly go against the spirit of the rules, then please use the following procedure:


PRESENTING AN INCIDENT

You have 24 hours to present your case. If after 24 hours after race has completed, the case is not valid.

You must have accompanying evidence to support your claim. This must be in video form by the replay which must be uploaded to the storefront, and you must also upload the incident and post the video on the forum. Pictures are not particularly adequate.

I am happy to see that this was never needed during this series!!

That is a testament to everyone who participated and their skills and abilities. Either that or no one wanted to bother. I hope that's not the reason!
