No, Switch, you are not required to have the "0" in front of your two-digit number.

Everyone, those with two-digit numbers need only display those two centered on the number plates. Only the number (no plate) is required for the rear. See the Rules and Regulations thread.

The numbers should be simply changed from the "000" to your specific number ONLY. Font and color stay the same.

The rules say to simply change the vinyl. It may not be explicitly stated (which it will be in the future); but size should remain the same, centered.
