LMP, LMPC and GTE is definitely the way to go.

But as I said, having some sort of 'Am Cup' within GTE would be quite nice. 'Am Cup' drivers could still fight for overall honours, and there would be no difference between a Pro car and an Am car.

Gives an extra title for people to fight for. It's always a nice feeling to win something.

If a new guys opinion counts for anything I say keep the 3 class structure, and mandate LMPC for rookies and gentleman drivers. I for one intend on running LMPC in 2012 with the hopes of developing my speed enough to run LMP in future seasons.

The LMPC car is brilliant to drive too!

I think 4 classes would work but maybe keep 3 for this season coming up?

Three classes is the way to go, if we had more than three there would be less drivers in each class.

AM drivers have a choice

Love this idea. I think that would be awesome!

I may be be late to the discussion, but, it does say that EVERYONE!!!! is to voice thier opinion.

I like the way it currently is; LMP, LMPC, & GT. Simple and effective.

However, if there are enough people for it, a GTC could add a little spice to the mix. It could be a stock BMW Z4 class since we do not have access to Porsches. Hell, GTC could be made up of Aussie V8 cars if we wanted.

From what I can gather from the above discussion, it appears that you are trying to create a sort of "level 2" race championship.

I think this is great. I voiced this same opinion at IFCA earlier last year, as a way to keep folks in the series they were running. TORA has alot of good and fast drivers and trying to attract other drivers, who are not as talanted is sometimes difficult. This is a step in the right direction.

Not sure about forcing different level drivers into different car groups though. Everybody should be able to run whatever car they want, and you handicap the faster guys with exclusion of assists. Maybe even power or handling ?. But not by car choice.

Just my 2 pence worth.
