Re: TORA MSA ISCC Asia- Round 4- LeMans- 12/10/11
And now I am out. One of the drivers got into a real world crash and is on meds and very soar so I will probably be driving at the VM site. Sorry guys. I will try and make more races! I had every intention of making at least 2 of these, probably 3 but then things didn't work out.

Some reason, Le Mans doesn't agree with me, and Xbox Live got disconnected on the first lap! I came back straight away, never mind. Really cheesed off though, I was looking forward to this race more than any of the others!

I'm extremely gutted for you Simon. Who knows what would have happened if your connection didn't decide to give up during the early stages.
Again like Motegi, I feel that I didn't deserve to win the race if Louis didn't need to make a third pitstop. My gutt feeling about that Audi is that the fuel tank is tiny. I pitted two laps after Louis but I had enough fuel left for another three or four laps at least. Thats really unfortunate dude. You deserved to win that race more than me. I made too many mistakes, pushing too hard after the 30 second pit penalty. I consider this victory as good fortune more than anything.
@Zach (BuckeyeBullet20)
I'm really sorry that the race didn't go as planned for either yourself or for the team. I'm just pleased that you've managed to turn up in the third car and competed for ATR. It's difficult these days for our team to have a full attendance.
I'm not sure if you didn't have much practice prior to the race this evening, but don't worry about the issues you suffered this evening. It's tough to just jump into the car that evening and be competitive straight away. We'll be looking forward to seeing you again for the start of 2012
Finally. To my other team mate Ben:
WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS MY FRIEND! WAAHOOOOOO!
Many congratulations on your second place finish in the drivers standings! I'm really pleased for you mate. And for us of course for achieving the teams title as well.

I did come back online straight away, thinking, "oh they're on the first lap so they'll invite me back in for a restart." But didn't happen

Re: TORA MSA ISCC Asia- Round 4- LeMans- 12/10/11
i hadn't seen one either. i initially thought it was a lag spike and you got thrown into your own lobby Simon.
im pleased with how hard i pushed the 458GT, even though i couldnt keep up with you, Trooper. i was only practicing in the 4:05's, but on the 25th lap, i broke into the 4:02's.
the tune i used was a slight modification of the F430GT i used last season @ LeMans in the 2011 24hr Challenge race, just transferred to the 458GT, but like you said, i think the downforce was what was slowing it down. should've really worked on it.

Thats alright. Sorry, it sounded like a dig. Even if it had popped up, its the race directors call to jump back. Its frustration at XBL. RAH!!!!
Nevermind, congrats all the winners, and everyone who took part. January, we do this for real!!
